“THE NINE,” in downtown Dayton is a 9 block, 36 acre, 100 parcel, 2 million sf, 5000+ parking space area centered around Dave Hall Plaza, future home of the Levitt Pavilion.

This part of downtown is prime for repositioning as a vibrant neighborhood centered around a central park. It is comprised of a unique urban fabric, including buildings built from the turn of the century to mid-century modern and recent additions.

As the Levitt Pavilion comes alive, so will the surrounding streets and buildings. Soon they will be filled with new restaurants and cafes to meet everyone’s dining needs, shopping unique to the region, and residences in beautiful historic buildings. This reimagined neighborhood will draw Daytonians and their families from all over the region celebrating community though music while redefining our downtown.
